Step 1: Make the Crust

In a food processor, pulse the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs.

Mix the crumbs with melted butter and sugar (if using) until evenly combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.

Step 2: Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

Gently fold in the whipped cream until the filling is light and fluffy.

Spread the filling evenly into the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 3: Make the Chocolate Ganache

Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter until just simmering.

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir until smooth and glossy.

Allow the ganache to cool slightly, then pour it over the peanut butter filling. Spread evenly.

Step 4: Garnish and Chill

Sprinkle chopped mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces over the ganache.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
