Cannellini Bean Dip

Ingrediënten

1 can (400g) cannellini beans, drained

1 small garlic clove

Juice and zest of ½ lemon

4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (+ more to finish)

Small handful parsley

Salt & black pepper

Optional: a little Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino

Instructies

Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

Adjust with more oil or a splash of water if needed.

Serve topped with olive oil, lemon zest & parsley.

Simple, fresh, so Italian. ✨🇮🇹
