1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of chocolate protein (it’s coming 🤩)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 can Aonic Fuel (around 1 cup) @aoniclife (or 1 cup of milk of choice but this version will have less protein)
Instructies
mix and let sit overnight
add fave toppings. I did a drizzle of dark chocolate, walnuts, chocolate nibs and sea salt
