Salted Chocolate Pecan Oatmeal Cookie Sticks

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

11/4 cup oats

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup chopped semisweet chocolate

2/3 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Maldon salt or flaked sea salt

Instructies

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Whisk together oil, sugars, egg and vanilla.

3. Add in oats, flour, baking soda, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon. Combine.

4. Fold in chocolate, pecans and coconut. Spread on a lined baking sheet.

5. If there are any toppings remaining in the bowl, just add them on top of the cookie.

6. Sprinkle on some salt.

7. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
