How to Use the Parchment Paper Hack

1️⃣ Prep the Paper: Cut a piece of parchment paper slightly larger than your salmon fillet.

2️⃣ Oil the Pan: Add a small amount of neutral oil to your stainless steel skillet and place the parchment paper on top, ensuring it sticks flat with no air gaps

3️⃣ Oil the Paper: Lightly oil the top of the parchment paper and heat the pan over medium heat.

Instructies

Cook the Salmon: Place the seasoned salmon skin-side down on the paper. Press down briefly with a spatula to prevent curling.

Sear and Flip: Cook for about 5–7 minutes until the skin is crispy and the fish is nearly cooked through, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Serve and Devour!
