1 cup chicken broth ๐Ÿ—

Juice of 1 lemon ๐Ÿ‹

Zest of 1 lemon ๐Ÿ‹

8 oz linguine ๐Ÿ

Salt & pepper ๐Ÿง‚

Fresh parsley, chopped ๐ŸŒฟ

Instructies

COOK PASTA: Boil water, cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. ๐Ÿ

SEASON CHICKEN: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. ๐Ÿง‚

COOK CHICKEN: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. ๐Ÿ—

MAKE SAUCE: In the same pan, add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant (about 1 minute). ๐Ÿง„

ADD LIQUIDS: Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿฅ›

STIR IN CHEESE & LEMON: Add Parmesan, lemon juice, and zest. Stir until smooth and creamy. ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ‹

COMBINE PASTA & CHICKEN: Add cooked linguine to the sauce. Toss to coat. Slice chicken and place on top. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ—

GARNISH: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve! ๐ŸŒฟ
