Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Parmesan Linguine

4 chicken breasts ๐
2 tbsp butter ๐ง
4 garlic cloves, minced ๐ง
1 cup chicken broth ๐
1 cup heavy cream ๐ฅ
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated ๐ง
Juice of 1 lemon ๐
Zest of 1 lemon ๐
8 oz linguine ๐
Salt & pepper ๐ง
Fresh parsley, chopped ๐ฟ
Instructies
COOK PASTA: Boil water, cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. ๐
SEASON CHICKEN: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. ๐ง
COOK CHICKEN: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. ๐
MAKE SAUCE: In the same pan, add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant (about 1 minute). ๐ง
ADD LIQUIDS: Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. ๐๐ฅ
STIR IN CHEESE & LEMON: Add Parmesan, lemon juice, and zest. Stir until smooth and creamy. ๐ง๐
COMBINE PASTA & CHICKEN: Add cooked linguine to the sauce. Toss to coat. Slice chicken and place on top. ๐๐
GARNISH: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve! ๐ฟ
