Lazy 5-minute Sushi

Ingrediënten

1 cup cooked sushi rice

1 avocado, diced

4–6 oz salmon (cured or smoked)

2 tbsp green onions

1 tsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp sriracha mayo

2 tbsp unagi sauce

Quick Sushi Rice

1 cup rice + 1¼ cups water → cook

Mix in: 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt

Let cool

Salmon Options

Option 1 (Best): Quick Cured

Coat with 1 tbsp salt + 1 tbsp sugar

Wrap + refrigerate 12–24 hrs

Rinse, dry, slice

OR

Option 2 (Easy): Smoked Salmon

Use store-bought

Slice or tear

Instructies

Line egg carton with plastic wrap

Add salmon

Add avocado

Add rice + gently press

Flip onto plate

Remove wrap

Drizzle sriracha mayo + unagi sauce

Finish with sesame seeds + green onions
