Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingrediënten

5 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp sesame oil, can be toasted sesame oil

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar

1-2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp black or white pepper, or mix of both

Cabbage

Cilantro

1 bag top ramen

Toasted slivered almonds and sesame seeds

Instructies

Toast slivered almonds and sesame seeds in the oven (they burn quick!). Transfer to a plate to stop cooking and let them cool.

Dressing: Combine first 7 ingredients in a jar and shake to mix. If you’re making a lot, double the dressing

Salad: Sliver cabbage, mince cilantro, crush dry top ramen. Add to large mixing bowl, along with almonds and sesame seeds. Pour in dressing and toss. Salad saves better if you don’t toss with the top ramen
