Ingredients: this makes 3 meals
16oz chicken tenderloins (Seasonings: McCormick taco seasoning 30% less sodium, about 1.5 tbsp smoked paprika)
1 ½ medium bell peppers (I used half of each in the vid)
1/2 a small onion
1 jalapeño
1 lime
Cilantro
1 tbsp minced garlic
Half a block of 1/3 fat cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1/4 cup water in the pan
6 mission street taco torts
Half a bag (98g) of Mexican style cheese
Since we cut the tenders down real fine - only 2-3 mins each side for the chicken on a med/high heat. Then mix in your veggies, lime, & cilantro and cook for 2 mins. Next add your garlic, cream cheese, & water - mix it in and let it cook for another 3 minutes
Assemble 6 tacos in a baking pan & top with half a bag of cheese - then place in the oven
Oven directions: 15 mins @ 400°
For my dipping sauce I used 0 cal Taco Bell hot sauce
