1 package tofu shirataki noodles (strained and rinsed)
2 cups No Sugar Chicken Broth
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Pinch of groud ginger
Pinch of ground pepper
Instructies
Wash noodles in a strainer over warm water. Add about 1 tbsp salt. Continue washing then set aside.
Add 2 cups of broth to a pot and put it over medium heat.
Add the noodles to the pot and bring to a boil.
Mix all of the seasonings in a bowl.
Add the seasonings to the pot of boiling broth and occasionally stir for around 3 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
