Peach Brie Flatbread

Ingrediënten

2 naan flatbreads*

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1 small clove garlic, (minced)

6 ounces brie cheese, (rind removed and thinly sliced)

2 peaches, (thinly sliced)

3 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion

3/4 cup blackberries

Fresh basil leaves, (for garnish)

1 cup arugula

Flaky sea salt, (for sprinkling)

Honey or hot honey, (for drizzling)

3 tablespoons chopped pistachios, (for sprinkling, optional)

Instructies

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place the flatbreads on a large baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.

Top evenly with brie, sliced peaches, red onion, and blackberries.

Place in the oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbread is light golden brown.

Remove from the oven and top with basil and arugula. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and drizzle with hot honey. Sprinkle with pistachios, if desired.

Cut the flatbread into pieces and serve immediately.
