Chocolate protein bars

1/2 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
2 scoops protein (chocolate or vanilla)
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbs almond butter
Dash of salt & vanilla
1-2 tbs of milk (add until doughy)
5 tbs chocolate chips
1 tbs coconut oil
Directions: stir together everything + 3 tbs chocolate chips in a bowl and press into a loaf pan. Melt 2 tbs dark chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil and spread on top. Top with sea salt if desired. Place in freezer for 10 min or fridge for 1 hour, then slice into bars. Store in fridge 😋

Option 1- Original recipe: With chocolate chips and coconut oil:

Protein: ~14g
Carbs: ~26g
Fat: ~13g
For those looking for a lower cal protein bar w/ better ratios just take out the chocolate chips in the recipe. They will still be delicious:
Option 2 (5 bars)- Without chocolate chips and coconut oil:
Calories: ~176
Protein: ~14g
Carbs: ~18g
Fat: ~8g
