Lemon Garlic Rosemary Salmon

1lb frozen skinless salmon
2-4 sprigs Fresh rosemary
1 tbsp Non-Pareil capers
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt
Cracked black pepper
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructies
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
Put the frozen salmon in a dish with a little olive oil, 1 sprig of rosemary, and 4 cloves of garlic.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes
Remove and season with black pepper, seasalt, garlic powder, and olive oil (.5 tbsp).
Recover and bake for 30 minutes
Remove cover and bake uncovered for 15 minutes
Optional: Make the sauce in the notes and pour ontop
Notities
Made a sauce with crushed capers + juice, crushed garlic from the pan, lemon juice and olive oil. Was really good
Sauce:
.5 tbsp capers + juice
.5 tbsp lemon juice
.5 tbsp olive oil
1 large clove of roasted garlic from finished dish
Smash and mix with fork
