Honey And Bitters Fruit Salad

¼ cup honey

2 tsp. Angostura bitters tsp. Diamond Crystal or ½ tsp. Morton kosher salt

tsp. ground or freshly grated nutmeg

tsp. Tajin Clásico

seasoning; plus more for serving (optional)

6-7 cups 1" pieces mixed fresh fruit (such as berries, stone fruit, melons, mangoes, kiwi, and/ or pineapple; peeled if needed)

Instructies

Mix honey, bitters, salt, nutmeg, and 1 tsp. Tajin seasoning in a small bowl to combine.

Ploce fruit in a large bowl and add 2 Tbsp. honey mixture. Toss gently to coat Let sit 10 minutes

To serve, taste fruit salad and odd more honey misture if needed. Toss gently then sprinkle with more Tajin seasoning if desired

Notities

DO AHEAD: Salad (without Tajín topping) can be made 12 hours ahead; cover and chill. Toss before proceeding.
