Chicken Tetrazzini

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken sOup
1/2 soup can milk
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, grated
1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
COOked chicken, cut into 1" chunks
1tsp dried parsley
1tsp. garlic sait (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp salt)
pepper
Cook 1sm. pkg pasta and add to mixture.
Optional: Broccoli
Instructies
Put into 9x13 casserole dish and sprinkle top w/parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes untl it bubbles and top is slightly brown.

Mom's Notes:
This recipe canme fromn Aunt Tracy before she turned vegetarian. Its good and easy. I usually boil up about 3 half breasts for this casserole. I usually mix it all up in the casserole dish rather than mess up a bowi. Leftover Thanksgiving turkey is perfect for thiS recipe too.
