1 carrot

1 wedge white onion

2 yellow potatoes

1/2 C raw cashews

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

Instructies

Peel the potatoes

Chop into 1 inch pieces

Boil for 2 minutes

Peel Carrot

Chop

Add to the boil

Boil for 5 minutes

Cut the onion wedge

Boil for 7 more minutes (or until soft)

Remove all ^ and save the water

In a separate pot...

start cooking the pasta

Blend

Cashews

Boiled water from above (about 1 1/2 C)

The veggies

The seasonings

Pour over pasta

Dash of papricka and truffle oil on top
