Cucumber Noodle Salad

Ingrediënten

2 cucumbers

handful coriander

2 spring onions

1 chilli (optional)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp chilli oil

1 tsp rice wine vinegar

2 cloves garlic

pinch of salt

1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructies

Peel the cucumber with a julienne peeler or alternatively peel it with a potato peeler to make thicker noodles and slice into 1/4’s for bigger noodle salad

Add to a bowl and top with salt, toss then add coriander, spring onions, chilli

Combine soy sauce, chilli oil, rice wine vinegar and garlic then pour over the salad and toss with sesame seeds
