Garlic Parmesan Wings

2 Dozen Frozen Wing Pieces

½ Cup Melted Butter

⅓ - ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (from the green can)

1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

Instructies

Preheat oven to Broil.

Stovetop Method

In a large stockpot, cover wings with water and bring to a boil.

Boil for 10 minutes.

Instant Pot Method

Place wings in Instant Pot liner and pour in 1 cup of water.

Place lid on, lock in place, and make sure steam valve is closed.

Process wings on manual high pressure for 10 minutes, then Quick Release the steam.

Crisp the wings

Place on a broiler pan and broil for 5-10 minutes on each side, turning part way through, until desired crisp is reached.

Make sauce

Combine melted butter, Parmesan and garlic in a large bowl with a lid.

Place crisp wings in the bowl, cover with the lid, and shake well to coat.

Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
