Egg Salad Wraps

Filling:
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 avocado, mashed with a fork
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp cream cheese, mashed
A squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
To serve:
4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or iceberg); or
4 slices rye toast
Instructies
In a small bowl, mix all the filling ingredients with a fork until smooth.
Arrange the lettuce leaves or rye bread on a plate, then spread the mixture evenly on top.
