1. Chocolate Truffles

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Cocoa powder (for coating)
Instructies
Heat the cream until warm (do not boil).
Pour the cream over chopped chocolate.
Add butter and stir until smooth.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
Scoop and roll into balls.
Coat with cocoa powder.
Oreo Truffles
Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
1 cup cream cheese
12 oz white chocolate
Procedure
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
Mix with cream cheese until a dough forms.
Roll into small balls.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Dip in melted white chocolate.
Refrigerate until set.
Peanut Butter Truffles
Ingredients
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
Procedure
Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar.
Form small balls.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Dip in melted chocolate.
Refrigerate until firm.
White Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
10 oz white chocolate
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Procedure
Heat cream until warm.
Pour over chopped white chocolate.
Add vanilla and stir until smooth.
Chill until firm.
Roll into balls and coat with sugar or coconut.
Coconut Truffles
Ingredients
10 oz white chocolate
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded coconut
Procedure
Melt white chocolate with warm cream.
Stir in shredded coconut.
Chill until firm.
Roll into balls.
Coat with extra coconut.
Cookie Dough Truffles
Ingredients
⅓ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Procedure
Cream butter and brown sugar.
Mix in flour and chocolate chips.
Roll dough into small balls.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Dip in melted chocolate if desired.
Nutella Truffles
Ingredients
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup Nutella
½ cup chopped hazelnuts
Procedure
Heat cream and pour over chocolate.
Add Nutella and stir until smooth.
Chill mixture.
Roll into balls.
Coat with chopped hazelnuts.
