Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Espresso

1 tbsp instant blonde espresso (Nescafe)

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp hot water

Ice cubes

Milk

Maple syrup / Caramel

Cinnamon

Cream (optional)

Oat milk cold foam

Instructies

1. Put instant blonde espresso and brown sugar into a cup.

2. Add hot water. Froth until creamy. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon.

3. Add ice cubes until the ice sits just above the creamy espresso. Put lid on cup and shake exactly 10 times.

4. Take off lid and add a quick drizzle of syrup. Add milk until the cup is just over halfway full. Add a splash of cream (opt). Add another drizzle of syrup. Add thin layer of cold foam on top. Sprinkle cinnamon.

5. Enjoy!
