Viral Roasted Tomato Burrata Dip (with Garlic Bread Crostini

This is seriously one of the best appetizers I’ve ever made, and easy to throw together! Ripe bursted cherry tomatoes, stir in burrata, and scoop it all up with crispy garlic crostinis. A total flavor bomb… have the recipe ready, people WILL ask for it!

You’ll Need:

cherry tomatoes

Olive oil

Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

Garlic, parsley, oregano

Stracciatella (Burrata filling) or 2 balls of burrata, split open

Fresh basil

Parmesan

French baguette

Butter, garlic, salt, parm (for garlic butter)

Instructies

Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of the dish).

Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano.

Bake at 425°F for 20-30 mins until tomatoes burst (you can gently smash them halfway if they need some assistance in the ‘bursting’ process).

While that bakes, slice baguette, spread with garlic butter (butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parm), and toast 5–7 mins until golden.

Once you’re ready to serve, top with parm, fresh basil, and burrata. Stir it all together and serve HOT.

Dip. Scoop. Repeat. This one is next level tasty 🤤 definitely a heavy appetizer, perfect to bring to a party or to serve at your next gathering.
