Instructies

Combine chili powder, red pepper flakes, sumac powder, smoked paprika, parsley flakes, garlic powder, ground coriander, fennel seeds, cumin, cayenne, and salt. Mix until consistent.

To make this spice blend into an alternative to harissa paste, add olive oil and tomato paste and stir until a smooth paste is achieved.
