Instructies
Simmer the Roots First (12 Minutes): Bring 4 cups of filtered water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the ginger, turmeric, and dandelion root. Lower the heat to a gentle simmer, cover, and let them cook for 12 minutes. This tough root structure requires prolonged heat to release its anti-inflammatory properties. Turn Off Heat and Add Herbs (4 Minutes): Turn the stove completely off. Stir in the mullein, peppermint, green tea, and hibiscus. Put the lid back on and let it steep for exactly 4 minutes. Do not exceed4 minutes, or the green tea leaves will scorch and make the entire batch taste bitter. Strain the Tea: Pour the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a large mug or pitcher.
• Add the Finishers: Stir in the lemon juice, raw honey, and the pinch of
cayenne pepper until fully dissolved
