1 tbsp chia seeds
scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 can Aonic Fuel in Smooth Vanilla (around 1 cup)
lemon zest
Instructies
mix and let sit overnight
top off with blueberries (I sautéed mine but you don’t have to), Greek Yogurt, more blueberries, Graham Cracker Thins, lemon zest
