300g medium firm tofu

1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tsp rice wine vinegar

1 tsp chinese 5 spice powder

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp white pepper

pinch of msg (optional)

1 tbsp neutral oil

1 spring onion stalk (white bit only)

1 tbsp minced ginger

3 cloves garlic chopped

sauce

5 tbsp sesame paste

2 tbsp chilli crisp

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

1/2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tap black vinegar (you can skip if you don’t have)

4-5 tbsp noodle water

150g chinese noodles (uncooked weight)

4-5 broccolini boiled

garnish

spring onion greens

crushed peanuts

chili oil
