Delicious Ravioli with Sautéed Goodies

1 package of fresh or frozen cheese ravioli

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructies

Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Toss in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, and cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss everything together until well combined.

Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!

Tips

For a twist, try adding some crushed red pepper for extra heat or swap out the cheese ravioli for your favorite variety. Pair this dish with a crisp white wine or a fresh salad for a complete meal!
