Warm Artichoke and Olive Dip

1 cup smashed and pitted olives
15-20 cloves garlic, peeled
1 cup canned or frozen artichokes
1 ½ cups olive oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon chili pepper flake
1 lemon zest
Juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Grilled Bread
Instructies
Add the garlic and oil in a pot and cook in low heat for 30-40 mins or until soft and golden brown. Add the sesame seeds and cook for 2-3 mins until toasted. Add the lemon zest, artichokes, parsley, chili pepper flakes, olives, and lemon juice. Cook for about 3 minutes stirring well.
Spread sour cream or Greek yogurt on a plate and spoon the warm garlic artichoke mix on top, garnish with more lemon zest, serve with grilled bread and Devour!
