Ingredients (Makes 3 wraps):
80g Red Lentils (Rinsed)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
240ml Water
Pinch of Salt, Cumin, & Garlic Powder (for extra flavor!)
Instructies
Mix lentils, chia seeds, and water in a bowl. Crucial Step: Let it rest for at least 3 hours (or overnight) so the lentils soften and chia absorbs the liquid.
Pour everything into a blender and blitz until completely smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour ~1/3 cup of batter and spread it thin (like a crepe).
Cook for 3-4 mins until the edges lift, flip, and cook 1-2 mins more.
Fill with your favorites and enjoy!
