Black Bean Brownies

Black beans are the hero of this recipe - and they're DELICIOUS 😍
I prepped these in 5 minutes - one blender, one tin, and they vanished in record time.
1 can black beans (drained & rinsed well - 235g drained weight)
2 tbsp cacao powder
½ cup oats (40g)
¼ tsp salt
⅓ cup maple syrup (75g)
¼ cup olive oil (40g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup chocolate chips (I saved some for the top)
Big handful of raspberries for the tin
Instructies
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Add everything except choc chips + raspberries into a blender/food processor. Blitz until smooth.
Stir in half the choc chips.
Pour into a lined bread tin. Scatter raspberries + the rest of the choc chips on top.
Bake 15-18 mins. Let cool before slicing. I like to put into the fridge so it firms up a little.

Basically these are brownies that taste like a treat but are working hard for you behind the scenes.
