Ingredienser

30oz can Alphonso mango pulp

Yogurt

Milk

1/4 tsp ground cardamom

2 strands saffron

Fremgangsmåte

Add mango pulp to blender. Fill 3/4 of can with yogurt, top up with milk then add to blender. Blend on low to medium speed with spices. Chill before drinking.

Notater

Yummy. Mango can was $5, so this was much cheaper than restaurant lassi and tasted identical. Spices optional.
