Ingredienser

1 bag greens (1/2 lettuce, 1/2 endive)

One small cat can chow mein noodles

1 can bean sprouts, drained, and crisped (soak in ice water 30 minutes)

1 can sliced water chestnuts

4 hard boiled eggs, sliced, or chopped

1/4 a pound of bacon crumbled

Dressing:

1/3 cup white vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 cups sugar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire

1 large onion, chopped

1 cup corn oil

Fremgangsmåte

Blend dressing ingredients together in blender until creamy.

Combine ingredients and toss with dressing.
