200 g dry red lentils (1 cup)
250g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
Optional: 1 tsp gochujang
Fremgangsmåte
Cook lentils in 1.5 cups water (12–13 mins).
Melt chocolate.
Blend with lentils + gochujang. (Taste test—add nut butter or maple syrup if you like.)
Add to parchment lined square pan and smooth out evenly.
Chill 2 hrs, cut into 9 squares.
Optional topping: sea salt + chili flakes
