Earthquake Cake

Ingredienser

1 cup coconut

1 cup chopped nuts

1 chocolate cake mix

1 ounce Philly cream cheese

1/2 cup oleo

1 pound powdered sugar

Fremgangsmåte

Grease and flour and 9 x 13” pan.

Mixed together the coconut and chopped nuts, and place on the bottom of the cake pan.

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.

Mixed together, the cream cheese, oleo, and powdered sugar.

Drop on top of cake batter by the spoonful.

Bake with cookie sheet underneath.

Bake for one hour and five minutes at 350°.
