Gut Healthy Air Fryer Artichokes with Garlic Lemon Aioli

Ingredienser

1 can artichoke hearts (quartered)

Grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic lemon aioli

2 tbsp mayo

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic

Salt to taste

Fremgangsmåte

Preheat air fryer to 390°. Rinse artichokes and pat them dry. Spray them with olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Air fry for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden. Mix aïoli ingredients together and serve alongside the aïoli.
