20 Minute Chilli Lime Tofu X

Ingredienser

1 block medium firm tofu (don’t need to press)

corn flour mix

2 cups corn flour (aka corn starch)

1 tbsp salt

2 tbsp chilli powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

sauce

1 tbsp chilli oil

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce (any asian super market will have it)

1/2 tbsp whit miso paste

1 tbsp agave syrup

2 limes squeezed

1/4 cup water

2 tsp cracked black pepper

sesame seeds for garnish

Fremgangsmåte

add oil to the coated tofu and then airfry the tofu at 190°c for 15 minutes
