Spare ribs cut lengthwise in ⅓
1 shallot, minced
2 tablespoon Garlic, minced
Green onion (white and green separated)
Caramel sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sugar
Sauce
1.5 cup water
2 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
Ground pepper
¼ t Paprika
¼ t Garlic powder
Sprinkle of MSG
Fremgangsmåte
Clean then parboil pork
In wok over med low heat, cook oil and sugar until it's caramelized.
Add in shallot, garlic, and green onion whites, cook for 5ish seconds.
Add in parboiled pork.
Increase heat to med high, cover, and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to med and simmer for 30-35 minutes until sauce is reduced and pork is tender.
