Copy Cat Recipe for the Iconic Round Swamp farms Chicken Sal

Ingredienser

1 roasted organic chicken OR rotisserie chicken

3/4 cup high quality mayo (I used avocado mayo from @primalkitchenfoods) the mayo amount may differ depending on the sizeof your bird

1 clove garlic grated finely

4 stalks celery grated finely (notice my stalks were small so adjust if you have really big celery)

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon hot paprika (not smoked)

1 teaspoon chili powder

Finally chopped parsley

Salt to taste

Fremgangsmåte

Pull off the white meat from a rotisserie chicken OR roast chicken. I used the roast chicken recipe further down my page :)… and tbh I threw in some dark meat

Put the chicken in a stand or hand mixer to breakdown into very small shreds

Add all other ingredients and combine

Adjust mayo as needed.
