Applesauce Muffins

Ingredienser

2 cups sugar

2 sticks butter

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

4 cups flour

1 tsp clove

2 tsp allspice

3 tsp cinnamon

1 cup pecans

1 lb can applesauce

2 tsp soda

Fremgangsmåte

Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla together.

Sift flour, clove, allspice, cinnamon together. Mix in pecans.

Mix applesauce and soda.

Mix all together well.

Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
