Cucumber Salad:

1/4 of a red onion
8 oz(s), Constellation Tomatoes
¼ cup, Low Fat Feta Cheese
2 tablespoon, Red wine vinegar
season with salt, and pepper.
Tzatziki Sauce:
3/4 cup, 0% Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp, chopped, Red onion
1/4 of a cucumber, shredded.
2 Tbsp, fresh dill
1 tablespoon, Garlic
2 TBSP, Hellman’s Light Mayo
Protein Pitas (makes 6):
1 ½ cup, All-purpose flour
1 ½ cup, 0% Fage Greek Yogurt Plain
season with garlic powder, salt, and grill with a tsp of olive oil.
