1 pound chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
Fremgangsmåte
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare chicken breasts and place in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, salt, pepper and minced garlic.
Spread the mayo mixture on top of the chicken.
Top with the parmesan cheese.
Cook in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden.
Serve hot with extra parmesan.
