400ml extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 handful pickled gherkins, finely chopped
1 handful pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
1 handful sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 handful pickled onions, finely chopped
Fremgangsmåte
Begin by drizzling the olive oil onto a rimmed plate
Drizzle over the soy sauce, then add the chilli flakes, smoked paprika, gherkins, jalapenos, sun dried tomatoes and pickled onions
Stir well, then serve alongside your favourite dippers, we love freshly baked focaccia
