Creamy Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs stew beef or chuck roast, cut into chunks
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
1 medium onion, diced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1–2 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning
2 cups low-sodium beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup sour cream
12 oz egg noodles, cooked separately

Season beef lightly with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear beef until browned on all sides.
Transfer seared beef to the crockpot.
Add diced onion, sliced mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning.
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until beef is very tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, add cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, and sour cream together. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Let cook another 20–30 minutes, then serve over cooked egg noodles or stir noodles directly into the crockpot.
