High Protein Bagel Sandwich

2x Warburtons protein thin bagels
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
Lettuce
112 ½ seitan @tofoo brand
1 tbsp corn flour
Oil spray
1/8 tsp each of the following seasoning powders: paprika, salt, pepper
40g mozarella cheese
Fremgangsmåte
Tear the seitan into strips and coat with corn flour, the seasoning powders and oil spray. Air fry at 180 degrees for 14mins
Mix together the Greek yoghurt and 1tbsp of sriracha and spread this onto the bagels
Add the lettuce
Add the air fried seitan strips
Drizzle the remaining sriracha
Top with mozarella cheese
Microwave for 30secs
