Greek Chicken Salad And Tzatsiki Bowls

250g chicken breast
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
Squeeze lemon juice
1 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt
60g flatbread, sliced into tortillas
For the tzatziki:
200g 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 inch Cucumber, grated and drained
1 tsp Olive oil
Salt, to taste
For the salad:
10 Cherry tomatoes, diced
1 inch Cucumber, diced
15g Red onion, diced
2 handfuls Lettuce, sliced

Butterfly the chicken breast then slice all the way through. Marinade with all the spices, yoghurt, lemon and garlic. Fry in a pan sprayed with oil for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked, spraying with more oil halfway then leave to rest before slicing.
For the salad simply mix everything together in a small bowl, same for the tzatziki.
For the flatbread just spray with oil and a pinch of salt, then air fry on 200C for a few minutes or until crispy. Plate up or place in airtight containers to store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
