Pulled Pork Pizza

For the pizza:
pizza dough
pozza sauce
pulled pork leftovers
fresh mozzarella cheese
shredded pepper Jack cheese
1 small red onion, very thinly sliced and quartered
Jalepenos (jar)
olive oil
For the salad:
arugula
cilantro
salt
pepper
dijon mustard
honey
white wine vinegar
olive oil

Do not skip the salad! The dressed arugula and cilantro on top of the pizza really make this one stand out.
Preheat the oven to 425.
Roll out the dough and drizzle with olive oil. Add pizza sauce, but be conservative. Spread out with the back of a spoon.
Add the pulled pork. Then the shredded pepper Jack. Then the fresh mozzarella. Finish with onions and jalapenos.
Bake at 425 for 10-15 min.
Meanwhile, dress the greens. Chop the cilantro and combine with the arugula in a small bowl. Mix dijon, oil, honey vinegar, salt and pepper. Very lightly dress the arugula and cilantro.
Top pizza with dressed greens.
