Scallion Lemongrass Tofu

Ingredienser

1 block tofu (450g)

marinade

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp pepper

let it sit for 3-4 minute then add 4-5 tbsp corn starch

Fremgangsmåte

place in air fry basket, spray with some oil, air fry at 190°c for 15-17 minutes

sauce

2 cups chopped scallions

3 stalks lemongrass chopped (peel the outer layer)

1 tbsp vegan butter

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tsp msg (optional)

1/4 cup water

once the sauce thickens and the water has been cooked off, add the sauce to air fried tofu and toss until coated well
