Pork Tenderloin with Boursin

2 pork tenderloin
3/4 cup chicken broth
Onion or shallot
I package of boursin garlic & herb
Sear the pork (salt/pepper) and then put it in a 390 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Fry onions add stock and the boursin, cook until thickened. Once pork is done let it rest for 5 minutes. Add pan juices to sauce and heat again, cut pork and pour sauce over the meat.
