1 ½ cup(s) Seasoned breadcrumbs Italian-seasoned panko crumbs
3 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley finely chopped
2 pound(s) Uncooked shrimp cleaned and tails removed
2 spray(s) Olive oil cooking spray
1 Tbsp Honey
Fremgangsmåte
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs with the paprika and parsley.
Working with a few shrimp at a time, add them to the eggs. Let excess egg drip off, then add to breadcrumbs, press to coat. Place in an air fryer basket. Repeat breading with remaining shrimp.
Coat the shrimp with the olive oil spray. Air fry in a single layer (in batches, if necessary) at 360°F for 8 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through and golden. Remove from basket and drizzle with the honey.
Serving size: 4 oz shrimp
