This buttery coffee cake is my go-to when we want cinnamon rolls but don’t have the time to make them. It has all the cozy, sweet flavors — a brown sugar cinnamon swirl and vanilla glaze — without the fuss. Perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas morning, brunch with friends, or just because you need something warm and comforting.
Recipe (9x13 pan):
Cake:
½ cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1½ cups milk
2 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Glaze:
1½ cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes. Drizzle glaze over warm cake and enjoy!
